Hi, I'm Lizzie
I’m a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience, having worked in both NHS hospitals and private clinics across London and Surrey.

I’m also qualified in Musculoskeletal Acupuncture and as a Pilates Instructor. While I have a particular interest in shoulder conditions, I treat a wide range of musculoskeletal issues.

I am available at two clinic locations in Surrey and also offer Home Visits for Physiotherapy and Pilates.

With over 20 years of experience in both NHS and private practice, I offer expert assessment and treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. My approach is evidence-based and tailored to your individual needs, with a particular interest in shoulder pain and rehabilitation.
As a qualified member of the AACP, I use musculoskeletal acupuncture alongside physiotherapy techniques to help relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and support recovery from both acute and chronic conditions.
I’m a certified APPI Matwork Pilates Instructor with additional training in Pilates for kids and teens. I integrate Pilates into rehabilitation and wellness plans to help improve strength, posture, balance, and overall movement control.
